Nestled in the beautiful mountains of Torrox, this spacious renovated holiday home, ‘Villa Melín’, offers breathtaking panoramic views of both the mountains and the sea. Equipped with a private (heated) swimming pool, air conditioning, and WIFI.

Located approximately 40 kilometres from Malaga Airport and at an altitude of 330 meters, the villa is accessible via a typical, fully paved Spanish mountain road. Within just a 20-minute drive, you can reach the beach, allowing you to enjoy both the serene tranquillity, luxury, and privacy of the villa and the liveliness of the beach and promenade.

With a surface area of approximately 180 m2, the villa extends over two separate floors. Currently, the ground floor is available for rental, while the upper floor is vacant.

On the expansive terrace of the villa, you’ll find the spacious swimming pool (300 by 700 by 100 to 180 centimeters), which can be heated for an additional fee. Additionally, there’s a covered outdoor kitchen with an electric barbecue, a countertop, and a sink, along with a spacious dining area. Various terraces, including even a rooftop terrace, offer various opportunities for relaxation. The property is fully fenced and closed off at the front with a large iron access gate. Outside the gate, there is ample parking space for multiple cars.

Upper Floor: Available for rental from 2025.

Ground Floor: This includes two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, an open kitchen, and a spacious living room.

The washing machine is in a separate area by the pool.

Multiple sun loungers are placed on various terraces for guests, providing ample opportunities to relax in both the sun and shade. Guests can enjoy beautiful views of both the sea and the mountains.

Ground floor

Each room is equipped with individually adjustable air conditioning, and WIFI is also available.

In the living room, there is a three-seater sofa that can be unfolded into a bed measuring 190 x 140 cm, in case there are more than 4 guests staying. There is also a large SMART TV available. Additionally, there is a spacious dining table with 7 chairs.

The same space accommodates a luxurious open kitchen fully equipped with amenities, including an induction hob with three zones, a dishwasher, a refrigerator with freezer, an oven, a microwave, a toaster, a Nespresso Krups coffee maker, all necessary cooking utensils, and ample storage space in the cabinets.

The spacious bedroom 1 features a double bed, ample hanging and storage space for clothes, views, and access to the pool via the spacious sliding door, and an ensuite bathroom.
Spacious bedroom 2 is furnished with a double bed, ample closet space, and an ensuite bathroom.

Ensuite bathroom 1, equipped with a shower and sink, is directly adjacent to Bedroom 1.
Ensuite bathroom 2, also featuring a shower and sink, is directly connected to Bedroom 2.

Bedding, towels (including beach towels), are included.

Restaurants and supermarkets are located 20 minutes away. Golf facilities are a 35-minute drive, and a water park can also be reached within 35 minutes.

IMPORTANT: Due to its mountainous location, this villa may be less suitable for less experienced drivers or guests who do not enjoy a beautiful but sometimes winding and/or steep mountain road.
