Located less than an hour from Malaga airport. The villa is about 25 minutes from the beach! This allows you to enjoy both the peace and quiet at the villa, the beach and the boulevard. Restaurants and supermarkets 5 minutes away.
The villa has an area of about 100 m2 and a beautiful view over the lake of Vinuela and the surrounding mountains. On the terrace there is a swimming pool with plenty of sun beds to enjoy the peace and the breathtaking views. There is also a barbecue. The property is completely walled off and closed at the front with an iron entrance gate with a parking space for the car. The car can also be parked in front of the villa.
Three bedrooms with ample fitted wardrobes and two bathrooms, one of which is ensuite. Half open kitchen with all amenities. IPTV with all Dutch channels (and more) in the living room, with fireplace and air conditioning. WIFI.
The living room has a 3-person sofa and 2 chairs, IP TV, a fireplace and air conditioning. From the living room to the semi-open kitchen, which is equipped with all comforts: 4 burner induction plate, dishwasher, fridge / freezer, oven, all cooking utensils and plenty of closet space. The dining table is in the living room with, thanks to the large windows, a fantastic view of the pool, the mountains and the lake of Vinuela.
There are two bedrooms with double beds, spacious fitted wardrobes and air conditioning.
The third bedroom has 2 single beds and air conditioning..
Bedroom 1 has an ensuite bathroom. This bedroom also has a wonderful view of the swimming pool, mountains and the lake!
The required linen is present in each room (sheets, (beach) towels). A baby cot can be placed on request. There is also a high chair available.
Bathroom 1 with bath and shower is ensuite to bedroom 1.
Bathroom 2 has a shower cabin.
The washing machine and dryer is outside.
Various terraces with plenty of lounge chairs and sunbeds for guests. Views of both the lake and the mountains. Barbecue.
Bed linens and (beach) towels included.
All windows are fitted with mosquito nets.
