The villa is about 25 minutes from the beach! This allows you to enjoy the enormous tranquility at the villa, as well as the beach and the boulevard. Restaurants and supermarkets 5 minutes away.The single storey villa has an area of about 100 m2 and a beautiful view over Lake Viñuela and the surrounding mountains. On the terrace there is a swimming pool with plenty of sunbeds to enjoy the tranquility and breathtaking views. There is also a barbecue. The site is completely walled and closed at the front with an iron entrance gate. The car can be parked in front of the villa.

The dining table is in the living room with, thanks to the large windows, a fantastic view of the pool, the mountains and Lake Viñuela.The spacious bedroom 1 has a double bed and spacious fitted wardrobes. From the bed a beautiful view of the mountains around Viñuela. That’s nice to wake up to! It has also got air conditioning.
Bedroom 2 has two single beds that can be put together and wardrobes. From here too, a beautiful view of the mountains around Viñuela. Also air conditioning in this bedroom.
The (small) bedroom 3 has a double bed.The necessary linen is available in every room (sheets, (beach) towels).
A baby cot can be placed on request. A highchair is also available.Bathroom 1 with bath and shower.
Bathroom 2 has a shower.The washing machine is outside. There is also an extra refrigerator.Several terraces with plenty of lounge chairs and sunbeds for guests. Views of both the lake and the mountains. Fantastic roof terrace with panoramic views over the mountains and Lake Viñuela.All windows are fitted with mosquito nets.
