This beautiful holiday home ‘Casa Lena’ is situated against a nature reserve at an altitude of 600 meters, near Alcaucin, Vinuela and the coast. Several terraces with phenomenal views of the valley and the mountains. Private (salt!) swimming pool (available from May), barbecue, air conditioning, WIFI, IPTV.

Located an hour’s drive from Malaga airport. The villa is just over half an hour’s drive from the beach! This allows you to enjoy the enormous tranquility at the villa, as well as the beach and boulevard. The villa is easily accessible with parking in front of the door and a 20 minute walk or less than 5 minute drive from Alcaucin, which has a supermarket and a few bars. Due to the unique location against a nature reserve, you can walk directly from the house through the beautiful nature reserve of El Alcázar.

The villa is spread over two fully furnished floors and has an area of approximately 120 m2 and a beautiful view over the valley and the surrounding mountains. On the huge terrace there is a salt pool (800 x 400 x (110-195)) with Roman steps and plenty of sunbeds to enjoy the tranquility and breathtaking views. There is also a barbecue in the canopy next to the swimming pool.
The property is completely fenced and closed at the front with an iron entrance gate and parking for several cars.

The house is spread over two floors, all rooms have air conditioning and ceiling fans. There is a living room with a wood-burning stove, two fully equipped kitchens, four bedrooms (one with a wood stove), two and a half bathrooms, one of which is en-suite. IPTV with all NL and BE channels (and more) in the living room. WIFI.

Upper floor (street level):

Bedroom 1 with a wood stove has a double bed, Smart TV, a wood stove and ceiling fans. There is also a small balcony with a view over the valley and the mountains here.

The semi-open kitchen 1, with air conditioning and ceiling fan, is accessible from the living room via an arc. The kitchen is fully equipped: 4 zones ceramic hob, a fridge / freezer, an oven and all cooking utensils and sufficient cupboard space. There is also a washing machine here.

Bedroom 2 has three single beds, a single trundle bed, air conditioning, ceiling fan and ample fitted wardrobes.
Bedroom 3 has two single beds, air conditioning, ceiling fan and ample fitted wardrobes.

The spacious bathroom 1 is heated, has a bath and a shower.

Bathroom 2 (only toilet and sink) is located between the two floors.

Ground floor:

The living room has a three-seater and a two-seater sofa, Smart TV, a wood stove, air conditioning and ceiling fans. The dining table is also in this living room. From the living room there is access to the veranda through double sliding glass doors.

Here too, the semi-open kitchen is accessible from the living room via an arc. The kitchen is fully equipped: 4 zones ceramic hob, dishwasher, fridge / freezer, oven, all cooking utensils, sufficient cupboard space, TV, air conditioning and ceiling fans. There is also a washing machine here.

The main bedroom 4 with a double bed, air conditioning, ceiling fan and sufficient fitted wardrobes has an en suite bathroom 3 with shower and additional heating.

The necessary linen is provided in each room (sheets, (beach) towels).

A baby cot and highchair can be placed on request.

Veranda with table and chairs.

Beautiful large salt pool, surrounded by several terraces and sunbeds, some palm trees and a phenomenal view to the valley. At the pool also the outdoor shower. In the garden there are various native trees and plants.

Barbecue.

All windows and doors are fitted with mosquito nets.
