This luxurious, spacious holiday home ‘Villa Clara’ is quietly located in the mountains of Algarrobo. Several terraces with sea and mountain views. Private heated pool (on request), BBQ, air conditioning, WIFI.

Located about 35 km from Malaga airport. The villa is about 10 minutes by car from the beach! This allows you to enjoy the enormous peace and privacy at the villa, as well as the beach and boulevard. It is accessed via a typical Spanish fully paved mountain road.

The villa has an area of ​​approximately 265 m2 spread over two floors. There are beautiful views over the sea and the surrounding mountains. On the terrace is a private heated swimming pool (approximately +5 degrees heated on request and at an additional cost) with plenty of space to enjoy the sun and the view. This is also possible from the four-poster bed! The barbecue is also located here.

Access to the villa is via a remote-controlled entrance gate. Two cars can be parked on the private parking space in front of the house.

There’s also a breakfast bar. The washing machine and dryer are in the large utility room. From the kitchen there is access to the dining room via a bar.

Bedroom 2 on this floor with double bed and plenty of wardrobe space has views of the pool, mountains and sea.
Bedroom 3 with two single beds also has ample wardrobe space.
Bathroom 2 has a bath, shower cubicle and bidet.

Upstairs is the spacious living room with a three- and two-seater sofa, fireplace and a large smart TV (international channels on request). And if it’s really necessary, things can be arranged at the desk. Through the living room access to the winter terrace with relaxing chairs and beautiful views.

The master bedroom 1 with double bed and plenty of closet space has a spacious ensuite bathroom 1 with a very spacious walk-in shower, and two vanity units.

On this floor there is another open terrace / balcony with lounge chairs.

This beautiful holiday home ‘Casa Lena’ is situated against a nature reserve at an altitude of 600 meters, near Alcaucin, Vinuela and the coast. Located an hour’s drive from Malaga airport. The villa is just over half an hour’s drive from the beach! This allows you to enjoy the enormous tranquility at the villa, as well as the beach and boulevard. The villa is easily accessible with parking in front of the door and a 20 minute walk or less than 5 minute drive from Alcaucin, which has a supermarket and a few bars. Due to the unique location against a nature reserve, you can walk directly from the house through the beautiful nature reserve of El Alcázar.

The villa is spread over two fully furnished floors and has an area of ​​approximately 120 m2 and a beautiful view over the valley and the surrounding mountains. On the huge terrace there is a salt pool (800 x 400 x (110-195)) with Roman steps and plenty of sunbeds to enjoy the tranquility and breathtaking views. There is also a barbecue.
The property is completely fenced and closed at the front with an iron entrance gate and parking for several cars.

Easily accessible and within walking distance of the beach, this beautiful ‘Penthouse Benajarafe’ is in a residential complex with mainly Spaniards. With spacious balcony and roof terrace with sea view. Community pool, garage, fast internet, air conditioning.

Located about 30 minutes’ drive from Malaga airport and only 300 meters (uphill) from the beach! Due to the good accessibility and central location, this location is ideal for the beach lover and for those who want to enjoy all the beauty that the Costa Del Sol has to offer!

The typical Spanish coastal town of Benajarafe is one with charm. Frequently visited by Spaniards and very authentic. With enough Spanish restaurants and bars to enjoy the tapas or other Spanish delicacies.

Via the elevator from the communal garage (where a parking space is reserved for our guests) to the top floor of the residential complex.

The penthouse has an area of ​​approximately 60m2 and views of the sea and the surrounding mountains with the typical white Andalusian houses. From the living room (and from bedroom 1) there is access to the spacious balcony (12m2) with table and chairs and via the spiral staircase access to the even more spacious (35m2) roof terrace with a lounge set, table and chairs and plenty of sunbeds to enjoy from the Spanish sun.

Located less than an hour’s drive from Malaga airport. The villa is about 25 minutes from the beach! This allows you to enjoy the enormous tranquility at the villa, as well as the beach and boulevard.

The villa is about 120 m2 divided over two floors with beautiful views over Lake Vinuela and the surrounding mountains. On the very spacious terrace there is a heated swimming pool and the barbecue. The large (artificial) grass field has 2 goals for the football players. There is also a pool billiards available. After sports (or not) the (gas) barbecue can be used for cooking. There is enough parking space for several cars.

The villa is located at 570 meters altitude and can be reached via a typical Spanish mountain road, the last 250 meters of which are unpaved (less suitable for the inexperienced driver). A car is essential. It is not accessible for the disabled. It is less than 20 minutes from the beach and the promenade of Torrox with its cozy restaurants, bars and shops.
