This new, modernly furnished Penthouse El Carmelo is conveniently located a short distance from the beach in Algarrobo Costa and Caleta de Velez. It features a huge terrace with panoramic views of both the sea to the south and the mountains to the north, all within 50 meters from the sea! Amenities such as a washing machine, bedding, (beach) towels, and free WIFI are included.

Due to its central location, a car is not essential. Various restaurants, cafes, and supermarkets are within walking distance.

Via the elevator, you arrive directly in the penthouse, where the living room (with air conditioning) is equipped with a two-seater sofa and a television with Spanish channels. There is also a dining area with four chairs. From here, a sliding door leads to the terrace.

The well-equipped, semi-open kitchen has the necessary amenities, including a refrigerator/freezer, coffee maker (Dolce Gusto), kettle, ceramic hob, and all cooking essentials.

Due to its central location, a car is not essential. Within walking distance, you’ll find restaurants, cafes, and supermarkets. Additionally, a parking space is available in the communal garage.

The living room (with air-conditioning) features a three-seater sofa, an armchair, and a TV with Chromecast. There’s also a dining area with four chairs.

The fully equipped, semi-open kitchen has all the necessary amenities, including a dishwasher, fridge/freezer, coffee maker, kettle, ceramic hob, and all cooking essentials.

Bedroom 1 has a double bed, ample closet space, a reclining chair, and a makeup table. It provides direct access to terrace 1.

Located an hour’s drive from Malaga airport. The villa is within half an hour’s drive (12km) from the beach! This allows you to enjoy the enormous tranquility at the villa, as well as the beach and boulevard. The villa is easily accessible with parking in front of the door and about 7 minutes (4km) by car from Arenas, with a supermarket and a few bars.
