Welcome to Retiro de Playa, a beautifully renovated holiday home in a unique location – right on the beachfront of Algarrobo Costa. Wake up to the sound of the waves and step straight from your bed onto the beach!

Spread over three floors, the house offers a spacious rooftop terrace with panoramic views of the Mediterranean Sea. Everything you need for a comfortable stay is included: beach and bath towels, bed linen, a washing machine, and free high-speed fiber optic WiFi.

Thanks to its central location, a car is not essential. Restaurants, cafés, and supermarkets are all within walking distance.

Layout

Ground Floor:
Enter through the main door into the welcoming dining room with air conditioning and a table for six. Enjoy sea views through the window and the half-opening front door.
The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge/freezer, filter coffee maker, kettle, ceramic hob, and all cooking essentials.

First Floor:
The staircase leads to a comfortable living room with air conditioning, a three-seater sofa, smart TV, and international channels (English, German, Spanish). Step out onto the balcony and take in the breathtaking views.
Bedroom 1 (with air conditioning) features two single beds and ample wardrobe space.
The ensuite bathroom has a shower and washbasin. The toilet is in a separate room.

Second Floor:
This level includes a coffee room with an extra fridge and the washing machine.
From here, step out onto the spacious sun terrace complete with lounge set, sunbeds, and relax chairs – the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy the sea view.
Bedroom 2 (with air conditioning) offers two single beds (80×200 cm) that can be joined into a large double bed, plus generous wardrobe space.
Bathroom 2 features a shower, washbasin, and toilet.
