Located approximately 40 km from Malaga airport. Casa BellaVista is located at an altitude of 330 meters and can be reached via a typical Spanish mountain road, mostly paved and partly unpaved (less suitable for the inexperienced driver). In just 20 minutes you are at the beach! This allows you to enjoy the enormous peace and privacy at the villa, as well as the beach and boulevard.
The villa has an area of approximately 200 m2 on two floors with breathtaking views over the mountains and Frigiliana. The fenced swimming pool (800 x 300 x 105-170) with automatic night lighting and outdoor shower is located near the veranda. This spacious villa also has a very large covered outdoor kitchen with barbecue, pizza oven and a large counter with sink. Also a spacious dining area. There are several terraces. The property is completely walled and closed at the front with a large iron entrance gate. The car (s) can be parked both on the site and outside the entrance gate.
