Located approximately 40 kilometres from Malaga Airport and at an altitude of 330 meters, the villa is accessible via a typical, fully paved Spanish mountain road. Within just a 20-minute drive, you can reach the beach, allowing you to enjoy both the serene tranquillity, luxury, and privacy of the villa and the liveliness of the beach and promenade.
With a surface area of approximately 180 m2, the villa extends over two separate floors. Currently, the ground floor is available for rental, while the upper floor is vacant.
On the expansive terrace of the villa, you’ll find the spacious swimming pool (300 by 700 by 100 to 180 centimeters), which can be heated for an additional fee. Additionally, there’s a covered outdoor kitchen with an electric barbecue, a countertop, and a sink, along with a spacious dining area. Various terraces, including even a rooftop terrace, offer various opportunities for relaxation. The property is fully fenced and closed off at the front with a large iron access gate. This beautiful holiday home ‘Casa Joro’ is located in the middle of untouched nature in a small urbanization at an altitude of 400 meters, near the authentic white village of Arenas and the coast. Located an hour’s drive from Malaga airport. The villa is within half an hour’s drive (12km) from the beach! This allows you to enjoy the enormous tranquility at the villa, as well as the beach and boulevard. The villa is easily accessible with parking in front of the door and about 7 minutes (4km) by car from Arenas, with a supermarket and a few bars.

Casa BellaVista is located at an altitude of 330 meters and can be reached via a typical Spanish mountain road, mostly paved and partly unpaved (less suitable for the inexperienced driver). In just 20 minutes you are at the beach! This allows you to enjoy the enormous peace and privacy at the villa, as well as the beach and boulevard.
The villa has an area of approximately 200 m2 on two floors with breathtaking views over the mountains and Frigiliana. The fenced swimming pool (800 x 300 x 105-170) with automatic night lighting and outdoor shower is located near the veranda. This spacious villa also has a very large covered outdoor kitchen with barbecue, pizza oven and a large counter with sink. Also a spacious dining area. There are several terraces. Located about 35 km from Malaga airport. The villa is just over 6 km from the coastline so you are at the beach in less than a quarter of an hour!
