Located in a beautiful location, this beautifully renovated holiday home “Casa Andasol” is a 15-minute drive from Torrox in the mountains. Veranda with panoramic sea and mountain views. Private swimming pool, outdoor kitchen with barbecue, air conditioning, WIFI, NL TV.

The villa is located at 570 meters altitude and can be reached via a typical Spanish mountain road, the last 250 meters of which are unpaved (less suitable for the inexperienced driver). A car is essential. It is not accessible for the disabled. It is less than 20 minutes from the beach and the promenade of Torrox with its cozy restaurants, bars and shops.

Three newly furnished bedrooms, one of which can be reached from the outside. Fully equipped kitchen. Fireplace in living room. Also TV with Dutch channels.

Bright living room with sitting area and fireplace. Dining area with TV, stereo and air conditioning. Large sliding doors to terrace and view to the sea.

Complete semi-open kitchen, with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, sandwich maker, toaster, juicer and Nespresso coffee machine.

The washing machine is in a separate room.

Bedroom 3 with bunk beds (200×90), has a toilet and sink. This bedroom can only be reached from the outside.

Private swimming pool and several terraces on different levels. You can therefore enjoy sun and shade all day long. There are enough lounge chairs and sun beds for guests. Views of both the sea and the mountains.

Outdoor kitchen with barbecue.

Bed linens and (beach) towels included.

All windows are (as usual in Spain) with bars. Each window also has a roller shutter and a fly screen.

Smoking and pets are not allowed.

Restaurants and supermarkets 15 minutes away. Golf facilities 25 minutes away. Swimming paradise 25 minutes away.
