Located approximately 40 kilometres from Malaga Airport and at an altitude of 330 meters, the villa is accessible via a typical, fully paved Spanish mountain road. Within just a 20-minute drive, you can reach the beach, allowing you to enjoy both the serene tranquillity, luxury, and privacy of the villa and the liveliness of the beach and promenade.
With a surface area of approximately 180 m2, the villa extends over two separate floors. Currently, the ground floor is available for rental, while the upper floor is vacant.
On the expansive terrace of the villa, you’ll find the spacious swimming pool (300 by 700 by 100 to 180 centimeters), which can be heated for an additional fee. Additionally, there’s a covered outdoor kitchen with an electric barbecue, a countertop, and a sink, along with a spacious dining area. Various terraces, including even a rooftop terrace, offer various opportunities for relaxation. The property is fully fenced and closed off at the front with a large iron access gate. Outside the gate, there is ample parking space for multiple cars.

Ground Floor: This includes two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, an open kitchen, and a spacious living room.
The washing machine is in a separate area by the pool.

The same space accommodates a luxurious open kitchen fully equipped with amenities, including an induction hob with three zones, a dishwasher, a refrigerator with freezer, an oven, a microwave, a toaster, a Nespresso Krups coffee maker, all necessary cooking utensils, and ample storage space in the cabinets.
The spacious bedroom 1 features a double bed, ample hanging and storage space for clothes, views, and access to the pool via the spacious sliding door, and an ensuite bathroom. Spacious bedroom 2 is furnished with a double bed, ample closet space, and an ensuite bathroom.
Ensuite bathroom 1, equipped with a shower and sink, is directly adjacent to Bedroom 1. Ensuite bathroom 2, also featuring a shower and sink, is directly connected to Bedroom 2.

The fully equipped, semi-open kitchen has all the necessary amenities, including a dishwasher, fridge/freezer, coffee maker, kettle, ceramic hob, and all cooking essentials.
Bedroom 1 has a double bed, ample closet space, a reclining chair, and a makeup table. It provides direct access to terrace 1. Bedroom 2 has three single beds (a bunk bed with a pull-out bed) and sufficient closet space. It offers direct access to terrace 2.
The bathroom includes a vanity unit and toilet, with a bath/shower combination.
Terrace 1 (+- 11m2), facing south and adjacent to the communal pool, offers a fantastic view. This luxurious, spacious holiday home ‘Villa Clara’ is quietly located in the mountains of Algarrobo. Several terraces with sea and mountain views. Private heated pool (on request), BBQ, air conditioning, WIFI.
Located about 35 km from Malaga airport. The villa is about 10 minutes by car from the beach! This allows you to enjoy the enormous peace and privacy at the villa, as well as the beach and boulevard. It is accessed via a typical Spanish fully paved mountain road.
The villa has an area of approximately 265 m2 spread over two floors. There are beautiful views over the sea and the surrounding mountains. On the terrace is a private heated swimming pool (heated approximately +10 degrees, on sunny days, on request and for an additional charge) with plenty of space to enjoy the sun and the view. This is also possible from the four-poster bed! The barbecue is also located here.
Access to the villa is via a remote-controlled entrance gate. Two cars can be parked on the private parking space in front of the house.

Bedroom 2 on this floor with double bed and plenty of wardrobe space has views of the pool, mountains and sea. Bedroom 3 with two single beds also has ample wardrobe space. Bathroom 2 has a bath, shower cubicle and bidet.
Upstairs is the spacious living room with a three- and two-seater sofa, fireplace and a large smart TV (international (IPTV) channels). And if it’s really necessary, things can be arranged at the desk. Through the living room access to the winter terrace with relaxing chairs and beautiful views.
The master bedroom 1 with double bed and plenty of closet space has a spacious ensuite bathroom 1 with a very spacious walk-in shower, and two vanity units.
