This luxurious, spacious holiday home ‘Villa Clara’ is quietly located in the mountains of Algarrobo. Several terraces with sea and mountain views. Private heated pool (on request), BBQ, air conditioning, WIFI.
Located about 35 km from Malaga airport. The villa is about 10 minutes by car from the beach! This allows you to enjoy the enormous peace and privacy at the villa, as well as the beach and boulevard. It is accessed via a typical Spanish fully paved mountain road.
The villa has an area of approximately 265 m2 spread over two floors. There are beautiful views over the sea and the surrounding mountains. On the terrace is a private heated swimming pool (approximately +5 degrees heated on request and at an additional cost) with plenty of space to enjoy the sun and the view. This is also possible from the four-poster bed! The barbecue is also located here.
Access to the villa is via a remote-controlled entrance gate. Two cars can be parked on the private parking space in front of the house.

Downstairs the open kitchen is fully equipped: 4 burner gas hob, large American fridge / freezer, dishwasher, dolce gusto coffee maker, all cooking utensils and ample cupboard space. There’s also a breakfast bar. The washing machine and dryer are in the large utility room. From the kitchen there is access to the dining room via a bar.
Bedroom 2 on this floor with double bed and plenty of wardrobe space has views of the pool, mountains and sea. Bedroom 3 with two single beds also has ample wardrobe space. Bathroom 2 has a bath, shower cubicle and bidet.
Upstairs is the spacious living room with a three- and two-seater sofa, fireplace and a large smart TV (international channels on request). And if it’s really necessary, things can be arranged at the desk. Through the living room access to the winter terrace with relaxing chairs and beautiful views.
The master bedroom 1 with double bed and plenty of closet space has a spacious ensuite bathroom 1 with a very spacious walk-in shower, and two vanity units.
On this floor there is another open terrace / balcony with lounge chairs.

Quietly situated in the mountains of Algarrobo, you will find this spacious holiday home ‘Casa Grande Familia’. Various terraces with sea and mountain views. Private pool, outdoor kitchen with barbecue, air conditioning, WIFI.
Located about 35 km from Malaga airport. The villa is just over 6 km from the coastline so you are at the beach in less than a quarter of an hour! This allows you to enjoy the peace and privacy at the villa as well as the beach and the boulevard. Access is via a typical Spanish mountain road, of which the last few hundred meters are unpaved.
The villa has an area of approximately 250 m2 divided over two floors with separate entrances and both with an independent living room and kitchen. There are beautiful views over the sea and the surrounding mountains. On the terrace is a private pool, hexagonal of about 20 m2 with enough space to enjoy the sun and the view. On the terrace is a barbecue with a large sink with sink. The building is completely walled and closed at the front with an iron entrance gate. The car can be parked in front of the house on the mountain road or within the properties boundary.

Upstairs (private access, outside) there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with three single beds. Here is also the 3rd bathroom.
The open kitchen also has a 4 burner ceramic hob, fridge / freezer, all cooking utensils, a washing machine and plenty of closet space.
From the living room with (smart) TV there is access to another private terrace overlooking the sea. Thus, if desired, it is possible to celebrate holidays completely independently of each other.
The upper floor can only be used if there are more than 6 guests.
If desired, more beds can be added, so that a total of 14 guests can stay.
