Hidden in the mountains of Algarrobo is the spacious holiday home ‘Casa Monte Roefie.’ The house offers multiple terraces with beautiful views of both the sea and the mountains. Guests can make use of a private swimming pool, a barbecue, air conditioning, and free WIFI.
The holiday home is located about 45 minutes from Malaga Airport and only a 15-minute drive from the nearest beach. This makes it ideal for those who want to enjoy the tranquility and privacy of the villa but also appreciate the proximity to the beach and the boulevard.
Reaching the villa can be challenging, especially for less experienced drivers, due to a winding and very steep mountain road in the last few hundred meters. A car with a powerful engine is a must.
With an area of approximately 190 m², the villa offers breathtaking views of the sea and the surrounding mountains. The terrace features a private swimming pool (dimensions: 800 x 400 x (135-170) cm) with a Roman staircase, lighting, and ample space for sunbathing and enjoying the landscape. Adequate sun loungers are available, and there is also an outdoor shower. For relaxation, facilities such as a table football game and a dartboard are provided.
On the veranda, furnished with comfortable lounge furniture, one can relax with a snack and a drink, enjoying the serene surroundings and the beautiful view. The gas barbecue is also located here.
Access to the villa is granted through a remotely controlled entrance gate. There is ample space in the private parking area for multiple vehicles.
The spacious living room is equipped with a three-seater sofa, three comfortable armchairs, a fireplace, and a large smart TV as well as a Blu-ray DVD player. The adjoining semi-open kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including a 4-burner ceramic hob, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, all necessary cooking utensils, and ample storage space in the cabinets. In a separate utility room, the washing machine and dryer are located. An arch connects the kitchen to the dining room, creating a seamless transition between the spaces.
Bedroom 1 is equipped with a double bed and offers ample storage space in the closets. From this room, there is a beautiful view of the mountains and direct access to the pool. Air conditioning ensures additional comfort.
Bedroom 2 is also furnished with a double bed. This room also provides a nice view of the mountains and direct access to the pool. Air conditioning is available for cooling.
In Bedroom 3, there are two single beds, and sufficient storage space is also available. Like in the other bedrooms, air conditioning ensures a pleasant temperature here as well.
Bathroom 1 is equipped with a shower, toilet, and sink.
Bathroom 2 offers both a bath/shower, as well as a toilet and sink.
On the property, there are several terraces, complete with lounge chairs and sunbeds for relaxation. These terraces offer breathtaking views of both the sea and the surrounding mountains.
Bedding, linens, and (beach) towels are included with the accommodation.
