Within just a 20-minute drive, you can reach the beach, allowing you to enjoy both the serene tranquillity, luxury, and privacy of the villa and the liveliness of the beach and promenade.
With a surface area of approximately 180 m2, the villa extends over two separate floors. Currently, the ground floor is available for rental, while the upper floor is vacant.
On the expansive terrace of the villa, you’ll find the spacious swimming pool (300 by 700 by 100 to 180 centimeters), which can be heated for an additional fee. Additionally, there’s a covered outdoor kitchen with an electric barbecue, a countertop, and a sink, along with a spacious dining area.
