Located about 45 minutes’ drive from Malaga airport and about 25 minutes from the beach! This allows you to enjoy both the peace and quiet at the villa and the beach with boulevard. The villa is easily accessible with parking in front, centrally located one kilometre from Los Romanes centre and some restaurants and less than 5 minutes by car from Viñuela.The villa has an area of ​​about 150 m2 and a beautiful view over the lake of Vinuela and the surrounding mountains.
On the huge terrace there is a swimming pool (720 x 420 x (110-180)) with plenty of sun beds to enjoy the peace and the breath-taking views. The views are even more beautiful from the spacious roof terrace. There is also a barbecue. Enough shade can be found on the veranda with the lounge set.
