The villa has an area of ​​about 100 m2 and a beautiful view over the lake of Vinuela and the surrounding mountains. The property is completely walled off and closed at the front with an iron entrance gate with a parking space for the car. The car can also be parked in front of the villa.

The villa is located at 570 meters altitude and can be reached via a typical Spanish mountain road, the last 250 meters of which are unpaved (less suitable for the inexperienced driver). A car is essential. It is not accessible for the disabled. It is less than 20 minutes from the beach and the promenade of Torrox with its cozy restaurants, bars and shops.

The villa is located approximately 40 km from Malaga airport at an altitude of 430 meters and can be reached via a typical Spanish mountain road, mostly paved and partly unpaved (less suitable for the inexperienced driver). It Its just 20 min. driving to the beaches of the Costa del Sol like Nerja and Torrox or the “white” and romantic villages in the mountains like Frigiliana or Competa. Enjoy great and relaxing time with your family or friends at the pool or the roof terrace. Get a lot of sun all year long and enjoy Spanish lifestyle with tasty tapas and nightlife.

The villa is fully equipped and furnished. There are fresh linen and towels, modern technic like fast Wifi-Internet, Bluetooth TV + Bose-soundsystem and a complete kitchen including dish washing machine, oven and fridge, etc. Finally there is air-condition, heating, hot-water and a fire place.

The villa itself is located on a nice slope of the mountain with south-west orientation. The size is approx. 2.500m² and there is proper driveway with space for 2-3 cars.
