Located about 45 minutes’ drive from Malaga airport and about 25 minutes from the beach! This allows you to enjoy both the peace and quiet at the villa and the beach with boulevard. The villa is easily accessible with parking in front, centrally located one kilometre from Los Romanes centre and some restaurants and less than 5 minutes by car from Viñuela.The villa has an area of ​​about 150 m2 and a beautiful view over the lake of Vinuela and the surrounding mountains. On the huge terrace there is a swimming pool (720 x 420 x (110-180)) with plenty of sun beds to enjoy the peace and the breath-taking views. The views are even more beautiful from the spacious roof terrace.  There is also a barbecue. Enough shade can be found on the veranda with the lounge set.
The property is completely walled and closed at the front with an iron entrance gate with a parking space for several cars.Three bedrooms with ample fitted wardrobes and two bathrooms, one of which is ensuite. Half open kitchen with all amenities. Smart TV in the living room, with fireplace and air conditioning. WIFI.The spacious living room has a large 5-person L sofa and a relax chair, a fireplace and air conditioning. The dining table is also in the living room. From the living room there is access to the veranda through large sliding glass doors.From the semi-open kitchen there is a view to the living room through a semi-arch. The kitchen is fully equipped: 4-zone ceramic hob, dishwasher, fridge / freezer, oven, all cooking utensils and plenty of cupboard space.Three bedrooms with double beds and ample fitted wardrobes and two bathrooms, one of which is ensuite. All bedrooms have air conditioning and electric heating panels.Bedroom 1 has an ensuite bathroom. This bedroom also has a beautiful view of the pool, mountains and the lake! And direct access to the veranda through the sliding door.The required linen is present in each room (sheets, (beach) towels). A baby cot and a high chair can be placed on request.
