The villa is easily accessible with parking in front, centrally located one kilometre from Los Romanes centre and some restaurants and less than 5 minutes by car from Viñuela.The villa has an area of about 150 m2 and a beautiful view over the lake of Vinuela and the surrounding mountains.
On the huge terrace there is a swimming pool (720 x 420 x (110-180)) with plenty of sun beds to enjoy the peace and the breath-taking views. The views are even more beautiful from the spacious roof terrace. There is also a barbecue. Enough shade can be found on the veranda with the lounge set.

Located about 35 km from Malaga airport. The villa is just over 6 km from the coastline so you are at the beach in less than a quarter of an hour! This allows you to enjoy the peace and privacy at the villa as well as the beach and the boulevard. Access is via a typical Spanish mountain road, of which the last few hundred meters are unpaved.
The villa has an area of approximately 250 m2 divided over two floors with separate entrances and both with an independent living room and kitchen. There are beautiful views over the sea and the surrounding mountains. On the terrace is a private pool, hexagonal of about 20 m2 with enough space to enjoy the sun and the view.
