This luxurious, spacious holiday home ‘Villa Clara’ is quietly located in the mountains of Algarrobo. Several terraces with sea and mountain views. Private heated pool (on request), BBQ, air conditioning, WIFI.
Located about 35 km from Malaga airport. The villa is about 10 minutes by car from the beach! This allows you to enjoy the enormous peace and privacy at the villa, as well as the beach and boulevard. It is accessed via a typical Spanish fully paved mountain road.
The villa has an area of approximately 265 m2 spread over two floors. There are beautiful views over the sea and the surrounding mountains. On the terrace is a private heated swimming pool (heated approximately +10 degrees, on sunny days, on request and for an additional charge) with plenty of space to enjoy the sun and the view. This is also possible from the four-poster bed! The barbecue is also located here.
Access to the villa is via a remote-controlled entrance gate. Two cars can be parked on the private parking space in front of the house.

There’s also a breakfast bar. The washing machine and dryer are in the large utility room. From the kitchen there is access to the dining room via a bar.
Bedroom 2 on this floor with double bed and plenty of wardrobe space has views of the pool, mountains and sea. Bedroom 3 with two single beds also has ample wardrobe space. Bathroom 2 has a bath, shower cubicle and bidet.
Upstairs is the spacious living room with a three- and two-seater sofa, fireplace and a large smart TV (international channels on request). And if it’s really necessary, things can be arranged at the desk. Through the living room access to the winter terrace with relaxing chairs and beautiful views.
The master bedroom 1 with double bed and plenty of closet space has a spacious ensuite bathroom 1 with a very spacious walk-in shower, and two vanity units.
On this floor there is another open terrace / balcony with lounge chairs.

This holiday home ‘Villa Tranquila’ offers an amazing and pretty calm spot in the mountains of Torrox. There is a panoramic and stunning 360° view to the coastline and the impressive mountains of the Sierra Almijara. Private pool, barbecue, air conditioning, WIFI.
The villa is located approximately 40 km from Malaga airport at an altitude of 430 meters and can be reached via a typical Spanish mountain road, mostly paved and partly unpaved (less suitable for the inexperienced driver). It Its just 20 min. driving to the beaches of the Costa del Sol like Nerja and Torrox or the “white” and romantic villages in the mountains like Frigiliana or Competa. Enjoy great and relaxing time with your family or friends at the pool or the roof terrace. Get a lot of sun all year long and enjoy Spanish lifestyle with tasty tapas and nightlife.
The villa is fully equipped and furnished. There are fresh linen and towels, modern technic like fast Wifi-Internet, Bluetooth TV + Bose-soundsystem and a complete kitchen including dish washing machine, oven and fridge, etc. Finally there is air-condition, heating, hot-water and a fire place.
The villa itself is located on a nice slope of the mountain with south-west orientation. The size is approx. 2.500m² and there is proper driveway with space for 2-3 cars. Just in front of the villa you will find a big sunny terrace with a stunning 360° view to the coastline and the impressive mountains. In the middle of the terrace is private pool with a nice size of approx. 25m². The big veranda-porch is offering enough space to relax or eat in the shadow. The garden furniture is available for all needs. Behind the villa you will find a cosy and green garden with outside kitchen and barbecue facilities. All over about the place is mediterran vegetation like lemon-trees or palm trees.
The freestanding villa has a size of approx. 100m². 3 bedrooms with three double beds are offering space for up to 6 persons. The spacious and bright living room and the connected winter garden are offering direct view to the sea and sofa lounge + dining + chimney facilities. 2 bathrooms with hot shower and a fully equipped kitchen are completing the villa. Finally there is an amazing rooftop-terrace on the villa.
The living room has a fireplace, a four-seater sofa, TV and air conditioning. The kitchen is fully equipped: 4-burner gas hob, fridge / freezer, all cooking utensils and plenty of cupboard space.
